My step dad looked at my washer to see what was wrong with it. Well RIP washer. Its not belt driven like we thought it was and the motor that spins had oil all over it, when turned on it doesn't do a thing but make a high squeak noise. I even contacted the previous owner to see if it was even new enough to be worth fixing or if there was an existing warranty. She got both the washer and dryer from a rummage. Based on the serial number they are both about 20 years old. Looks like I know what I will be buying when I get my tax returns =/
Since my parents took the kiddos last night I pretty much did nothing and you know what it felt pretty good. Although I am regretting it now since the house is messing. Chris insisted on saving the weekend to not worry about cleaning the house and since I have the weekends off I should be using them to relax...well somewhat... haha. I tried during the week to clean for at least an hour to keep up with the house at least, but with it being my first week I was quite pooped and maybe did a few things here and there, but I feel really lost on not being able to do laundry. So hello laundromat visits until I find my replacement appliances.
I am going to try to make it my goal to post at least once or twice a week; mostly after the girls are in bed since it seems to be a thing when Aubree is happy playing, mommy decides to go on the laptop well that means Aubree wants to be by me. Guess thats how it works being a mom, can't do much let alone go to the bathroom alone between the kids and the cats. The minute I would start cleaning some type of tantrum arises and therefore I can't get much done.
Anyways; things are doing quite well; Chris has a side job now which is better than nothing. Here's to the start of another great week!!!! PMA
